Lori Knowles

As a child, Lori always had a keen intuition and angelic guidance through Archangel Michael. Many decades later, Lori experienced a divorce that made her rethink everything about her life. It was divine timing that she met Sheila Gillette and the THEO group at that time. She quickly dove into THEO's classes and considered it an amazing homecoming.
Lori became a certified facilitator in 2016. Her business, Lori Knowles Mindfulness Coaching, is based out of Nashville, TN, and digitally around the world. Her focus is to help clients live aligned to their guidance through a mindfulness practice that includes Soul Integration. Her greatest joy is to see clients empowered and shining your inner light to brighten your whole life.
