When I was small there were often times I wanted to be Samantha from Bewitched and wiggle my nose and have things magically change. (When I was small…who am I kidding, I would love to wiggle my nose and have my house clean and dinner made tonight.) What does seem to be a bit magical and within our grasp is the intuition and guidance I believe we all have available to us. I liken ‘openness to your intuition’ and ‘awareness of guidance,’ to playing the flute; some have a natural gift and can pick it up and play while others must practice to play beautiful music. I know there are those of you thinking, how do you practice connecting with guidance? I believe a key component is meditation. Meditation has allowed me to quiet my mind so I can listen to my inner/higher self and open to the guidance about me.
THEO speaks about meditation as being fundamental in allowing us to: communicate with our spiritual guides, balance our energy, connect with our higher self, experience peace and joy, manifest abundance, sustain a healthful state as well as open us up to full soul integration.
“We speak often of meditation, and it seems redundant to do so, but that is the best form the quietness of mind. Meditate regularly, needs not be great lengths of time, but this allows you to rest the physical body and align with the higher frequencies allowing for a better healthful state. And this allows one to come into balance and openness to the universal energies that are ever present.
When ones become very adept and find a great sense of well being within that state would prefer a bit of longer meditative process daily than not. However, in the beginning it is to meditate a few minutes daily, habitually. Chose the form that is psychologically and emotionally comfortable to you. There are moving meditations, there are meditations to be sitting quietly, there are meditations to be done in nature. So it is whatever is acceptable to one at the time to utilize the quietness of mind, the centering of self. And breathing deeply and exhaling completely so one is fully present in body. Meditation is physiologically excellent, for it allows a rest for the nervous system; it allows a quietness; it allows the body to come into balance. So a meditation is a function that assists in the whole body balance. Daily meditation induces a lightness of being and connectedness to our souls.” THEO
THEO, how do we surrender and move into a place of allowing all of the magnificence to come into our lives verses the doing that we are all so human and expert at doing?
“That is what meditation is, the allowance. The quieting the mind - the non-doing. It is a rest for the physical body and it is an allowance for the soul to be illumined.” THEO
I know when I meditate on a regular basis I am more peaceful, feel more connected/more aware and live my life in a more loving manner. I don’t have a meditation regime, sometimes it is two minutes of sitting quietly focusing on my breathing and other times it is listening to one of THEO’s guided meditations. They both help bring the best of me into my daily experience. I can say, enthusiastically, I really enjoy THEO’s guided meditations. Having a guide through a meditation helps quiet my mind, I like the variety of meditations and I resonate with THEO’s energy. If you haven’t tried a guided meditation I encourage you to try out our complimentary guided meditation Awakening to the Soul.

Wednesday, June 10th, 2009Peace and Joy
Monday, December 1st, 2008Theo, tell us about the laws of the universe and how we can work with those laws to manifest and to be in the highest state of peace and joy in our being.
Utilizing a meditative state on a regular basis. It needs not be a great length of time, however, when ones become very adept at finding great sense of well being within that state would prefer a bit of longer meditative process daily than not. However, in the beginning it is to meditate a few minutes daily, habitually. And this allows one to come into balance and openness to the universal energies that are ever present about. The usage of visualization; visualizing what it is that one desires, feeling what it is that one desires in the experience now. For one cannot describe the energies because that would be too complex in the human mind, most human minds let us say, have not the ability to describe energetic complexity. So it is a feeling of process. And it is also a review recognition of the growth that has been. For too often there is this asking and realization that one has not done enough, so it is important that ones review and recognize what has been done.

Jesus’ Message
Tuesday, December 18th, 2007Theo, what is Jesus’ message for mankind right now?
It has never changed. To love the self fully and to love the neighbor as the self. It is extremely important and it is very simplistic, for if one fully loves the self and is in full soul realization, there will be no judgments, and there will be peace amongst men, and a love of the neighbor, meaning the entirety of the world, and a connectedness of humanity; a common unity, a community of human kind. Family. Fully realized.

2012 - 1000 Years of Peace
Friday, December 7th, 2007Theo, you’ve mentioned that in the year 2012 there will be 1000 years of peace. In today’s world that might be difficult for some people to believe. Speak to that please.
It is difficult to believe because beings have not addressed their fragmented aspects of themselves. So they’re acting out from a point of view of pain, hurt, sadness, anger. They have not looked within and integrated on a soul level into the totality of awareness of the being and come into a peaceful place in their hearts. So as humanity understands that it is necessary first and foremost to acknowledge the terrorist within, those aspects of self that have the imbalance. Then they can project out, after there is this integrational quality, that love and forgiveness and awareness and acceptance of each other. Taking full responsibility for one’s own integrational process is utmost necessary.
With all the turmoil in the world today do you still see that 1000 years of peace occurring after 2012?
Yes and we wish for you all to have that in your mindset, for it is the thought that is creation. So if all are thinking peace and atonement, love then can not it be so? So it is not a looking outwardly for this to occur, but looking inwardly for it to occur.
What is love? What do we focus on when we focus on love?
It is a feeling. You do not ask when you are breathing, “What is Air,” for you are experiencing it. So it is that it is a feeling of peace in the heart. And when one feels love for another, that they are looking at another and feeling something inside themselves, that is themself. And when it is love there is a sense of peace.
So you’re instructing us to focus on that feeling of peace in our hearts as, if I’m hearing you correctly, the most powerful thing we, as individual creators, can do to impact world peace?
Yes. When there is conflict what is necessary is more love.
What do you see as the resolution or conclusion, at the end of the day here, what is going to happen in Iraq? How does it all shake out?
At the end of the day…we see no ending day, but we do see some resolution to this coming to fruition in that sense of a community. There will be three distinct communities that are governed by a whole, not unlike your United Nations, a collaborative that allows for the betterment of this country. There’s been much destruction. But it must come from collaboration not a dictatorial.

The Year 2012
Sunday, November 11th, 2007Theo please talk about the year 2012 and the time leading up to it.
Many speak of the new age. There is nothing new about it. We find it quite interesting that there must be a title for all the changes. There is a historical necessity, yes? However, the year 2012 is significant. Not that there would be a dramatic upheaval. But this has been going on for many years, this awakening. It is a pinnacle point, you might say, of change, of awarenesses, of change of procedures, of a global economic community coming forth. Of this community awareness that is global conferences that will be available through your media and your computers and your tools, should we say. This awareness of one another, this comes about to create the global community of which we speak. And with a global economic structure in place there can be abundance for all. And knowing that they are diverse, humans diversity, it is a beautiful tapestry of your planet, of your Earth, of your human race. We see it is a beautiful thing that is occurring. Even though there is strife in that. When there is an imbalance in a physical body, that you call illness, does it not have to appear to be worse before better? In many circumstances it does, the fever gets very high before it breaks and then the body is better and cleansed. So that is what is similar to what is occurring to the human experience now.
In looking at the Mayan Calendar what is the significance of December 21, 2012?
That’s what we’ve been speaking about. But is important not to hold mind in thought of time. Humanity is so stuck on time, when this - when that. Perfect timing is what one should think, perfect soul’s timing. So if you are fully present moment to moment in one’s experience one lives the life to its fullest extent. For if you are projected too far into that future or what is this going to be and what is that. Not that you should not make plans, but what we are saying is you make your plan or you have your intuition of what is to come or your desire and then you live into it. And the opportunities present themselves for that to occur, as you have made your mindset for the creation is the thought. We have given you some thought about what is to come, but we prefer to be not so finite to date because then the human mind becomes fixated and does not be attentive to what is.
What can you share with us about how to remain in this present moment?
It is not that you should not review your life, but stay not stuck in the past. Recognize the gifts, the circumstances, that allowed you to grow. Not to hold on to them steadfastly so that you cannot move from them, but to recognize this was then and here I am now. Look what has happened in between and how I observe my life presently. So you have those moments of reflection necessarily so and you have moments of futuristic thinking - preferably not fearful thinking. But if you are too caught up in the past, often times there is anger and upset, draw the self back to what is happening in the moment. If you are eating an apple, how does it taste, what is its texture? If you are speaking to someone, listen fully to what they are saying. If you are listening to music hear every note. If you are too much into the future, and often times many think in terms of fear (what if this were to happen or that,) draw the self back to the moment again. If you are walking be deliberate in your steps, feel the ground under your feet, feel your foot in the shoe, feel what is being experienced of the body in that moment, to draw yourself back to presence. So it is to be fully present in all actions that you are doing, moment to moment and embrace it.
