The Most Important Person in the World

Saturday, December 19th, 2009

Snow AngelRecently a caller asked the following question during our weekly radio show and it is a helpful reminder give unto the self.

How can I improve my daily habits so that I do the activities that are the most helpful for my growth?
Excellent question, for many have good thoughts and desires of what to do in the sense of all things in their life but tend to undermine the self, having a desire to do this or that but then procrastinating giving unto the self. That is a very human experience, this procrastination. So what we would speak to is that you start with just a few minutes. Such as a meditation, many say I want to meditate, I know it is good for me, I don’t have time. But when you do the meditation you’ll find as if you have more time in your day because you are more focused. So begin with small amounts begin with 5 minutes but do it daily. Schedule important appointments with yourself. Let us say that you’re setting this appointment with self in the morning time to do the meditation. Do not let others distract you. Say, ‘I have this important appointment,’ as if you’re meeting the most important person in the world, that you deem the most important. You would not miss that appointment. So begin to think in this way. And the proper nutrition, think not of it as deprivation but what you’re giving to the body to create a healthful state of being energetically. And as you go along and find resistance speak to the inner part of your being, the fragmented aspect of yourself, that is blocking your success in this out of a belief of not being worthy or acceptable or loveable. When you bring these orphans home you tend to care for the physical for you know the joy of completeness and you’ll want to continue on with it. So you’ll create experiences to follow through, the baby steps count. And then you go about running about.

I seem to run forward in a fast movement and then I pull back and get resistance.
It is because you’re trying to do too much at once. You do it all at once and you’re exhausted from it. So you do small amounts building up to a habitual regime and then it will be effortless and it will not exhaust you as it has. When you’re on a path of personal growth you will have certain down times which your body is catching up to because it is energetic frequencies that you’re aligning to and your body has to adjust. Give yourself permission for these respites.
Be childlike and playful during these times. You will meet your goals but it is important to enjoy it along the way for it to remain a consistency. Look for the magic, look for the confirmation. If you’re taking a walk, invite confirmation in your external world of a manifestation to occur in front of your eyes. Have that wanderlust that a child has in each thing the enthusiasm that is seen and you will have a fresh eye, fresh vision.

Make those appointments with yourself and enjoy the snow angels.
Happy Holidays!

Feeling the Truth

Sunday, April 26th, 2009

I listened to a radio interview with THEO recently and it started me thinking about truth. There is great power in speaking your crystal-light-zsuzanna-kilian-budapest-hungarytruth, sharing your life experience and learning with others. There have been times I’ve been fearful to tell someone how I felt or what I thought. Fearful the information would hurt their feelings or challenge my relationship with them. In those moments Sheila and THEO have both said, “The truth may not always be liked but it will always be accepted.” In telling my truth I’ve gained love and respect from myself and others.

There are two sides to truth…your telling it and someone else hearing it. When we hear the truth we feel it. Have you ever had a brief conversation with a stranger and thought they had integrity? In that short exchange, how could you tell? Did you feel it? Conversely, have you ever felt uncomfortable around someone but you couldn’t explain why? Could it be they were not speaking the truth?

Transitions Radio Magazine interviewer, Alan Hutner, asked THEO about feeling the truth:

Alan: In part of the book, The Soul Truth, there is a discussion about discernment of the truth. You speak about the awareness in the solar plexus to the truth and vibrations in the body, electrical frequency changes, when truth is spoken. We, as individuals, best start to pay attention to that electrical frequency to know what the truth appears to be in that moment, right?

THEO: All beings have that knowingness, yes. They may wish to discount it from their intellect. Know the intellectual part of the mind is only there to solve problems not to dictate or control; however, it has had control. It is thinking from the heart to the head. And every being has a barometer of truth within them and that is the sensory perception of knowingness.

How do you improve your ability to discern truth?
Intend, attend and confirm…
Intend it; tell yourself you have the ability to discern between truth and falsehood. Pay attention; when a circumstance arises that makes you question another’s integrity pay attention to how you feel in your solar plexus when they speak. As THEO said, “It is thinking from the heart to the head.” Finally, ask for confirmation. Ask the guidance about you to assist in giving you confirmation in regard to how you are feeling.

If you have an experience with fine tuning your ability to discern truth please feel free to click on the comment link below and share it.

Peace and Light,

Love and Breathing into the Heart

Thursday, February 12th, 2009

Theo, it is Valentine’s Day in two days and a lot of people have been asking about love and what the mind of God is really all about. I’d like for you to share with us anything that you’d like to on the topic of love.

Oh, there are many descriptions of love are there not? But it is truly the peace and a sense of joy in the heart. It raises many chemicals in the body when there is that sense of joyfulness, gratitude, what is perceived as the word love, but it is truly a feel-ing that permeates and raises the frequencies of the body and allows for a peaceful mind. And that comes within the centeredness of one’s heart and many can glimpse that momentarily. So when one breathes into the heart, breathes deeply exhaling completely, one can be more aware of that sensory-ness of love permeating every cell of the body, being god centered. Centered in god is centered in self, not self centeredness. So breath into the heart and let that permeate the entirety of your being and radiate out into the world like a pebble thrown into a pond. The reverberations of that are grand.

So love and god…is god just pure love?

Yes. It is the highest frequency or essence of frequency that there is. And ones do not have a conscious awareness, the words that are given that limit quite a bit, that is why we ask you to go into the feeling.

The personal experience?

Yes

When we leave this human incarnation does that next expression of our soul become pure love in the non-physical realms?

In essence we see that already, whether you are in body or in other dimensional expressions, unlimited.

How can human beings recognize love and live it and feel it in every moment of our experience?

Integrate the fragmented parts of the soul, bring them home, feel the wholeness in self, not the emptiness that is projected out. And that can be done through meditation and breathing into the heart, exhaling completely, concentrate on that feeling and then the orphans step forward to be heard to be loved and then there is peace.

Easier said than done for many.

That is why we say these are words. They can be heard and intellectualized and agreed with or not. That is why we address the experience for it is in the experience that it comes, not the intellect.

Excerpt from Feb. 12, 2009 Podcast. To begin working on integrating the fragmented aspects of your soul we recommend trying the Soul Integration guided meditation.

2012 - 1000 Years of Peace

Friday, December 7th, 2007

Theo, you’ve  mentioned that in the year 2012 there will be 1000 years of peace. In today’s world that might be difficult for some people to believe. Speak to that please.
It is difficult to believe because beings have not addressed their fragmented aspects of themselves. So they’re acting out from a point of view of pain, hurt, sadness, anger. They have not looked within and integrated on a soul level into the totality of awareness of the being and come into a peaceful place in their hearts. So as humanity understands that it is necessary first and foremost to acknowledge the terrorist within, those aspects of self that have the imbalance. Then they can project out, after there is this integrational quality, that love and forgiveness and awareness and acceptance of each other. Taking full responsibility for one’s own integrational process is utmost necessary.

With all the turmoil in the world today do you still see that 1000 years of peace occurring after 2012?

Yes and we wish for you all to have that in your mindset, for it is the thought that is creation. So if all are thinking peace and atonement, love then can not it be so? So it is not a looking outwardly for this to occur, but looking inwardly for it to occur.
What is love?  What do we focus on when we focus on love?

It is a feeling.  You do not ask when you are breathing, “What is Air,” for you are experiencing it.  So it is that it is a feeling of peace in the heart.  And when one feels love for another, that they are looking at another and feeling something inside themselves, that is themself.  And when it is love there is a sense of peace.
So you’re instructing us to focus on that feeling of peace in our hearts as, if I’m hearing you correctly, the most powerful thing we, as individual creators, can do to impact world peace?

Yes.  When there is conflict what is necessary is more love.
What do you see as the resolution or conclusion, at the end of the day here, what is going to happen in Iraq?  How does it all shake out?

At the end of the day…we see no ending day, but we do see some resolution to this coming to fruition in that sense of a community.  There will be three distinct communities that are governed by a whole, not unlike your United Nations, a collaborative that allows for the betterment of this country.  There’s been much destruction.  But it must come from collaboration not a dictatorial.
