It is a new year, 2010…can you believe it? Just two short years from 2012 and 1000 years of peace and I am doing my Soul Integration to
enjoy the peace myself. My experience with Soul Integration has been diverse. Some times it is a very emotional experience with detailed visions where I’ve been able to recognize individuals from my life now in a previous life experience. Most often it is a feeling without visuals or many details, an energy release in my solar plexus, watery eyes and an aha followed by an incorporation of that fragmented aspect of self. Many people ask how to find out if you have an orphan you need to address. I’ve discovered my orphans when I feel emotional; watching movies, interacting with others and often listening to THEO. (Check out THEO’s guided meditations.) As THEO has mentioned, at times of high emotion ask the self, ‘Who inside is uncomfortable?’ and then listen for an answer. No matter the experience, big in energy and emotion or a simple aha, I’ve always felt more at peace after the occurrence. And the playful part of me feels as if there’s one more piece of the beautiful and magical puzzle of my soul put into place and I can’t wait until I get to see the whole sparkling picture.
“Soul Integrate. Take care of your emotional instabilities; do not project them out onto the world, onto others. Be responsible to yourself, and in doing such you will have that radiance in the world that brings a higher ability to join and accept and to love. Each of you is responsible for your own emotional maturity and when you have not taken care on the inner, you project all of that angst into the world and it is made manifest. So again, we speak of the words spoken, many years past. Love the self. What does that mean? Be responsible to the self on the inner; love all parts of your soul, all that is you. That radiation, that frequency of pure love of self, then can be given to others without judgments, with compassion and acceptance.
Each soul has a purpose when it incarnates, it has chosen to incarnate. It is not something that is thrust upon you, you chose it. And your soul has a desire for its learning in certain areas and you recognize certain continuums of learning experiences, cycles that keep coming about again and again. And when you see this you can grasp it and say, who inside of me has created this pattern? And you being to be familiar with certain circumstances or core issues in which beliefs began of not being good enough or worthy enough or loveable enough. And with that illumination and realization there is change that comes, a rewriting of the script of your life, or your beliefs about life experience. It opens you to the greater abundance of all your dreams and desires to be met.” – THEO

Rewrite the Script
Saturday, January 30th, 2010Feeling the Truth
Sunday, April 26th, 2009I listened to a radio interview with THEO recently and it started me thinking about truth. There is great power in speaking your
truth, sharing your life experience and learning with others. There have been times I’ve been fearful to tell someone how I felt or what I thought. Fearful the information would hurt their feelings or challenge my relationship with them. In those moments Sheila and THEO have both said, “The truth may not always be liked but it will always be accepted.” In telling my truth I’ve gained love and respect from myself and others.
There are two sides to truth…your telling it and someone else hearing it. When we hear the truth we feel it. Have you ever had a brief conversation with a stranger and thought they had integrity? In that short exchange, how could you tell? Did you feel it? Conversely, have you ever felt uncomfortable around someone but you couldn’t explain why? Could it be they were not speaking the truth?
Transitions Radio Magazine interviewer, Alan Hutner, asked THEO about feeling the truth:
Alan: In part of the book, The Soul Truth, there is a discussion about discernment of the truth. You speak about the awareness in the solar plexus to the truth and vibrations in the body, electrical frequency changes, when truth is spoken. We, as individuals, best start to pay attention to that electrical frequency to know what the truth appears to be in that moment, right?
THEO: All beings have that knowingness, yes. They may wish to discount it from their intellect. Know the intellectual part of the mind is only there to solve problems not to dictate or control; however, it has had control. It is thinking from the heart to the head. And every being has a barometer of truth within them and that is the sensory perception of knowingness.
How do you improve your ability to discern truth?
Intend, attend and confirm…
Intend it; tell yourself you have the ability to discern between truth and falsehood. Pay attention; when a circumstance arises that makes you question another’s integrity pay attention to how you feel in your solar plexus when they speak. As THEO said, “It is thinking from the heart to the head.” Finally, ask for confirmation. Ask the guidance about you to assist in giving you confirmation in regard to how you are feeling.
If you have an experience with fine tuning your ability to discern truth please feel free to click on the comment link below and share it.

Born in 1969
Sunday, April 19th, 2009Hi Everyone!
I wanted to introduce myself as I will be sharing THEO’s insights on the blog along with other tidbits of information and I wanted you to know who was writing. My name is Cathy and I not only work for Sheila and Marcus at The THEO Group, but I am also Sheila’s daughter. I am the child who was born in 1969 when Sheila had her near death experience; the catalyst for her work with THEO. With both of us in separate hospitals and both only a 20%

Cathy
chance of living we’ve often joked that our spirits were hanging out together saying…”If you’re not going, I’m not going.” And then Sheila had a miraculous healing and our interesting journeys began. I spent my youth enjoying all the fascinating people attracted to my mom’s line of work and then went on with mine as a computer systems specialist and eventually an information systems manager. Like my mother and father, I have a very analytical mind and computers kept me excited with their ever changing technology. Over the years I found my job was to improve business efficiency with computer systems but my real passion was to break down communication barriers between departments and build effective business teams by opening the lines of communication. Interesting, when you have the hindsight, how you can look back over time and realize the job you thought you were doing was just a job and the most important work was the relationship building and healing you did along the way. While I enjoyed my business success I decided to stay home after the birth of my first son because I couldn’t imagine missing out on the opportunity to raise my family. A couple years later when my mom offered me a work from home position I gladly accepted. I am excited to have the responsibility to update the blog. I confess I am not a strong writer (thank goodness for spell check) but I am a good communicator and I know my writing will strengthen in time.
So…hello and hope you enjoy the blog!
Warmly,
Cathy
Grand Change - Global Community
Saturday, November 1st, 2008Theo, what message do you have today?
It is time of grand change. There is a witnessing of the global economic structure, the global community, the global informational community that is coming to fruition in this time. It is a time of new birth for the entirety of the world. And we would find here that there is an interest to this awareness of each other throughout the world and through the communicative skills that are available to all individuals now, it is important that ones be aware. For you have chosen to be a participant in this time of grand change. So be present in the moment to moment experience of that and to recognize the ability to have knowledge of different cultures, different environments, different personalities so that one does not judge another as harshly as has been done in the past. For it is a time of recognition of the atonement the joining of humanity. Not judging one another but blessing each other and the diversities that that brings into this world and the similarities as well.
To assist in centering self and opening up during this time, we recommend listening to the complimentary guided meditation with Theo: Awakening to the Soul.
Jesus’ Message
Tuesday, December 18th, 2007Theo, what is Jesus’ message for mankind right now?
It has never changed. To love the self fully and to love the neighbor as the self. It is extremely important and it is very simplistic, for if one fully loves the self and is in full soul realization, there will be no judgments, and there will be peace amongst men, and a love of the neighbor, meaning the entirety of the world, and a connectedness of humanity; a common unity, a community of human kind. Family. Fully realized.
