It is a new year, 2010…can you believe it? Just two short years from 2012 and 1000 years of peace and I am doing my Soul Integration to
enjoy the peace myself. My experience with Soul Integration has been diverse. Some times it is a very emotional experience with detailed visions where I’ve been able to recognize individuals from my life now in a previous life experience. Most often it is a feeling without visuals or many details, an energy release in my solar plexus, watery eyes and an aha followed by an incorporation of that fragmented aspect of self. Many people ask how to find out if you have an orphan you need to address. I’ve discovered my orphans when I feel emotional; watching movies, interacting with others and often listening to THEO. (Check out THEO’s guided meditations.) As THEO has mentioned, at times of high emotion ask the self, ‘Who inside is uncomfortable?’ and then listen for an answer. No matter the experience, big in energy and emotion or a simple aha, I’ve always felt more at peace after the occurrence. And the playful part of me feels as if there’s one more piece of the beautiful and magical puzzle of my soul put into place and I can’t wait until I get to see the whole sparkling picture.
“Soul Integrate. Take care of your emotional instabilities; do not project them out onto the world, onto others. Be responsible to yourself, and in doing such you will have that radiance in the world that brings a higher ability to join and accept and to love. Each of you is responsible for your own emotional maturity and when you have not taken care on the inner, you project all of that angst into the world and it is made manifest. So again, we speak of the words spoken, many years past. Love the self. What does that mean? Be responsible to the self on the inner; love all parts of your soul, all that is you. That radiation, that frequency of pure love of self, then can be given to others without judgments, with compassion and acceptance.
Each soul has a purpose when it incarnates, it has chosen to incarnate. It is not something that is thrust upon you, you chose it. And your soul has a desire for its learning in certain areas and you recognize certain continuums of learning experiences, cycles that keep coming about again and again. And when you see this you can grasp it and say, who inside of me has created this pattern? And you being to be familiar with certain circumstances or core issues in which beliefs began of not being good enough or worthy enough or loveable enough. And with that illumination and realization there is change that comes, a rewriting of the script of your life, or your beliefs about life experience. It opens you to the greater abundance of all your dreams and desires to be met.” – THEO

Rewrite the Script
January 30th, 2010The Most Important Person in the World
December 19th, 2009
Recently a caller asked the following question during our weekly radio show and it is a helpful reminder give unto the self.
How can I improve my daily habits so that I do the activities that are the most helpful for my growth?
Excellent question, for many have good thoughts and desires of what to do in the sense of all things in their life but tend to undermine the self, having a desire to do this or that but then procrastinating giving unto the self. That is a very human experience, this procrastination. So what we would speak to is that you start with just a few minutes. Such as a meditation, many say I want to meditate, I know it is good for me, I don’t have time. But when you do the meditation you’ll find as if you have more time in your day because you are more focused. So begin with small amounts begin with 5 minutes but do it daily. Schedule important appointments with yourself. Let us say that you’re setting this appointment with self in the morning time to do the meditation. Do not let others distract you. Say, ‘I have this important appointment,’ as if you’re meeting the most important person in the world, that you deem the most important. You would not miss that appointment. So begin to think in this way. And the proper nutrition, think not of it as deprivation but what you’re giving to the body to create a healthful state of being energetically. And as you go along and find resistance speak to the inner part of your being, the fragmented aspect of yourself, that is blocking your success in this out of a belief of not being worthy or acceptable or loveable. When you bring these orphans home you tend to care for the physical for you know the joy of completeness and you’ll want to continue on with it. So you’ll create experiences to follow through, the baby steps count. And then you go about running about.
I seem to run forward in a fast movement and then I pull back and get resistance.
It is because you’re trying to do too much at once. You do it all at once and you’re exhausted from it. So you do small amounts building up to a habitual regime and then it will be effortless and it will not exhaust you as it has. When you’re on a path of personal growth you will have certain down times which your body is catching up to because it is energetic frequencies that you’re aligning to and your body has to adjust. Give yourself permission for these respites.
Be childlike and playful during these times. You will meet your goals but it is important to enjoy it along the way for it to remain a consistency. Look for the magic, look for the confirmation. If you’re taking a walk, invite confirmation in your external world of a manifestation to occur in front of your eyes. Have that wanderlust that a child has in each thing the enthusiasm that is seen and you will have a fresh eye, fresh vision.
Make those appointments with yourself and enjoy the snow angels.
Happy Holidays!

Law of Attraction and the Next Step
October 1st, 2009
I heard an interesting bit of information on last Tuesday’s radio show and I wanted to share it with you because I’ve heard many people ask why the law of attraction wasn’t working for them.
A little background…Esther Hicks channels ABRAHAM. Sheila and Esther Hicks met years ago, prior to Esther channeling ABRAHAM, when Esther and Jerry came to Sheila to have a private session with THEO. You can view a video clip of Esther’s experience by clicking here.
Pam emailed the following question into the radio show:
You want us to embrace our fragmented aspects of our soul first and for that WE HAVE TO ACTIVATE THOSE VIBRATIONS and according to Abraham teachings we should just look for something which makes us feel better and not activate those old vibrations.
Please clarify this.
“We are aware of this one discrepancy of course, but unless one knows the core issue that blocks the flow into their life it continues to block, does it not? To have happy thoughts and good intentions is appropriate. But when one is having difficulty receiving then there is a perpetuation of this cycle and unless one addresses that, it is a continuum. For then there is a continued belief of ones unworthiness. If one has that inward belief then that is a frequency, the vibration that is dominant. So they speak, which we agree with, of the perceiving of those desires on a high vibraitonal frequency, yes. It is just a step further to match that within. For the emotions are what dictate not only the thought. Until one identifies and moves through the emotions, the emotional body as it has been discussed, there is a continual circle that is emotionally based. For beings, even though they think that they are responding from their head, the true response comes from the emotions. And the emotions are experienced by the fragmented aspects of soul. The learning on the Earth plane is emotional. So many have had the experiences. They’ve gone through a painful relationship let us say. When there is a certain stimulus in another relationship, unless it has been identified, the reaction to that stimulus will remain the same and it is repeated over and over again until one identifies where the core of that response began. And when there is that identification and a loving of that aspect of self that is how change comes. So it is only going the next step. It is not a conflict truly.” - THEO
Soul Integration and coming into wholeness is the core of THEO’s teachings. You can find additional information about Soul Integration in our radio show archives and in Sheila and Marcus’ book The Soul Truth: A Guide to Inner Peace.
I have found the Soul Integration Guided Meditation very helpful in this process.
And THANKS for the question Pam!

Experience the Connection
July 31st, 2009
Growing up with a direct voice channel for a mom has been an amazing and sometimes isolating experience. As a small child it was very natural and normal. Having THEO in my life was a bit like having another wise grandparent in the family. During this time people talked about mother’s intuition and them having eyes in the back of their head and being everywhere at once. Yes, this sounded familiar to me, although I never did find the extra set of eyes. Fortunately, Sheila and I have always had a strong connection and I feel blessed to have such a wonderful mom. She really is a caring, fun, insightful and down to earth person.
As I grew I realized not only was my mom’s gift unusual but some people were even scared by her abilities. Needless to say I didn’t start conversations by saying, “Guess what my mom can do?” In my teens luckily it started balancing out and I discovered it was easier if my friends met her before I told them she could channel THEO. Since they already saw the fun loving and normal mom the idea of her channeling didn’t seem as strange.
Now that I’m forty people talk openly about their communication with spirits, near death experiences, precognitive dreams and needing to go get their energy balanced. Our culture is getting more comfortable with their own intuitive abilities and it is cathartic and fun hearing others experiences. It is no longer as isolating and now with the internet we can connect with others of like mind around the world.
It is in this spirit of connection that I encouraged Marcus and Sheila to set up a forum that would allow those of you who are interested in sharing and learning together, a space to post and share your experiences. I’m excited that we have an area where we can co-create a safe environment for all of us to grow and reflect. So I’m hoping you will join the experience.
“When things are experiential, it is difficult to describe in words, for the words are limiting to the experience. Do you understand? We wish people to enjoy and to experience the experience.” - THEO
Looking forward to reading your thoughts!

Energy Inside Out
July 3rd, 2009
Have you ever thought… What is happening in the world? Why are there terrorists? What will become of the people being abused and dictated to across the world? Will the leaders of nations communicate with each other and develop new peaceful relationships with the people of their countries and each other? When will things change?
THEO often tells people the chaos we see in our world today is an outer expression of internal challenges we’re all experiencing. How have you been terrorizing yourself? What is your self talk? Do you have peaceful and nurturing relationships with self and others? Theo’s advice is to integrate on a soul level, drawing in our orphans and becoming whole so we’re able to fully love the self and then in turn love each other. When we feel peace internally we send that out into the world. As you have heard before…be the change in the world you want to see.
We see your struggles and it is about not seeking outwardly, not being forceful outwardly trying to change another’s mind, but changing your own. Doing the soulful work of soul integration individually. Addressing the terrorist within, the lack of esteem and lack of self love. For if all beings could address those issues within, there would be peace. For the acting out that you see, the wars, the imbalances are about the issues inside of the individuals being projected out. - THEO
Sheila and Marcus opened the June 30th radio show with their experiences on Soul Integration and then asked THEO about the soul of Michael Jackson. You can check it out by clicking Ask THEO Live.
I’m really enjoying the radio shows hope you are as well!

Ask THEO Live Radio Show
I’m very excited to share with you that Marcus, Sheila and THEO will be hosting a weekly radio show starting Tuesday June 16, 2009. The show format will begin with Marcus asking a few questions along a theme (for example: relationship, spiritual guides, world economy, 2012…) and then they will open the phone lines for callers to ask THEO their own personal questions.
The show will be held live Tuesdays at 8am Pacific Time / 11 am Eastern Time and then a recording will be rebroadcast the same day at 8 pm Pacific Time / 11 pm Eastern Time on 7th Wave Network, a channel on the VoiceAmerica Talk Radio Network. The show will be available in 84 countries…isn’t the internet so great! From personal experience it is facinating to hear questions and answers not only from the US but also from international guests.
Thank you in advance for calling in to ask your questions. I’ve heard many people ask questions of THEO and I often find the answers have information I can use as well. (I also think…that was a great question, why didn’t I think to ask it.) So THANKS!
Looking forward to hearing your questions and gaining insights with the answers!

Magical
June 10th, 2009
When I was small there were often times I wanted to be Samantha from Bewitched and wiggle my nose and have things magically change. (When I was small…who am I kidding, I would love to wiggle my nose and have my house clean and dinner made tonight.) What does seem to be a bit magical and within our grasp is the intuition and guidance I believe we all have available to us. I liken ‘openness to your intuition’ and ‘awareness of guidance,’ to playing the flute; some have a natural gift and can pick it up and play while others must practice to play beautiful music. I know there are those of you thinking, how do you practice connecting with guidance? I believe a key component is meditation. Meditation has allowed me to quiet my mind so I can listen to my inner/higher self and open to the guidance about me.
THEO speaks about meditation as being fundamental in allowing us to: communicate with our spiritual guides, balance our energy, connect with our higher self, experience peace and joy, manifest abundance, sustain a healthful state as well as open us up to full soul integration.
“We speak often of meditation, and it seems redundant to do so, but that is the best form the quietness of mind. Meditate regularly, needs not be great lengths of time, but this allows you to rest the physical body and align with the higher frequencies allowing for a better healthful state. And this allows one to come into balance and openness to the universal energies that are ever present.
When ones become very adept and find a great sense of well being within that state would prefer a bit of longer meditative process daily than not. However, in the beginning it is to meditate a few minutes daily, habitually. Chose the form that is psychologically and emotionally comfortable to you. There are moving meditations, there are meditations to be sitting quietly, there are meditations to be done in nature. So it is whatever is acceptable to one at the time to utilize the quietness of mind, the centering of self. And breathing deeply and exhaling completely so one is fully present in body. Meditation is physiologically excellent, for it allows a rest for the nervous system; it allows a quietness; it allows the body to come into balance. So a meditation is a function that assists in the whole body balance. Daily meditation induces a lightness of being and connectedness to our souls.” THEO
THEO, how do we surrender and move into a place of allowing all of the magnificence to come into our lives verses the doing that we are all so human and expert at doing?
“That is what meditation is, the allowance. The quieting the mind - the non-doing. It is a rest for the physical body and it is an allowance for the soul to be illumined.” THEO
I know when I meditate on a regular basis I am more peaceful, feel more connected/more aware and live my life in a more loving manner. I don’t have a meditation regime, sometimes it is two minutes of sitting quietly focusing on my breathing and other times it is listening to one of THEO’s guided meditations. They both help bring the best of me into my daily experience. I can say, enthusiastically, I really enjoy THEO’s guided meditations. Having a guide through a meditation helps quiet my mind, I like the variety of meditations and I resonate with THEO’s energy. If you haven’t tried a guided meditation I encourage you to try out our complimentary guided meditation Awakening to the Soul.
If you’ve used one of THEO’s guided meditations please feel free to share your experience by clicking on the comment link below.
Here’s to more peace and joy – and if anyone figures out the Samantha nose wiggle thing, please let me know.

Since we’re on the verge of Mother’s Day I was reading chapter 4, Children and Parenting, in The Soul Truth: a Guide to Inner Peace. Amongst topics like ‘how to raise a spiritual child’ and ‘does the soul choose its parents’ I found the following excerpt on living in the moment inspiring.
We are always fascinated by the group sessions we’ve done with children. It is beautiful and enlightening for us, as adults, to listen to their questions and see their connectedness. What advice do you have for parents to become more childlike in this way?
“To open the heart, to live fully present in the moment to moment experience as a child does. An adult is too far into the future or too far into the past and not living in the moment. If one is having difficulty being in the moment, it is then to be aware of what one is speaking, or what one is hearing. To breathe, to feel the breath in the body, allows one to be more fully present in the physical structure. What is one tasting if one is eating? Draw the self back to the experience of that moment. For if you think, “I am thinking about this moment”, it is already past, and it is not truly living one’s life. If one is in the future, it is not living in the moment and it’s passing by a precious gift. If one is too far in the past in the memories, and living only in the memories, one is not in the moment of the present. Ultimately, the memory of the past is tainted because they have not been living in it in the first place. It has been happening to them. So to live one’s life fully, it is to be moment to moment expressed and experienced, and that in itself is a childlike quality. This is not to say not to have plans for the future. Set those plans, those visions, and let them go. And do what comes moment to moment in your expression and manifesting externally, as you have placed intent on the future through the moment-to moment expression of life. As all have experienced, as a child, five minutes, thirty minutes, one hour, one day, is an eternity at times. And a year is as if a lifetime. That is full presence that a child has of their life experience moment to moment. Be that aware.” - THEO
THEO has also said in the past…
“If you are eating an apple, how does it taste, what is its texture? If you are speaking to someone, listen fully to what they are saying. If you are listening to music hear every note.”
Enjoy the music.

Private Reading with THEO
May 2nd, 2009You’ve scheduled a private session with THEO and now you’re waiting for your appointment not knowing exactly what to expect. You have a couple burning questions but are unsure about what else to ask. You can ask THEO anything!
You have a childlike excitement growing as your appointment approaches…sound like you? Even after all these years it is how I feel before a reading. Maybe I can help a little…
I would suggest you write down your questions prior to the session. It is easy to become engrossed in what THEO is telling you and forget your other questions. (I like to keep a notebook near my bed as I often think of interesting things to ask as I’m waking up.) Think about how to phrase your questions. If you ask a general question they will give a general answer. If you ask a specific question they will give a specific answer. i.e. “Can you please tell me about my health?” and “Can you please tell me about the condition of my heart?” Both may give you insightful information but the information may be very different.
THEO will only give out information and assistance if it is asked of them. “In the asking it is given.” They will not usurp your free will. There have been times when I’ve held onto a question in my heart thinking if it was important enough they would answer it on their own without me verbalizing it. I’ve learned they will not answer unless asked. I’ve also learned there’s power and energy in the asking.
An interesting question to ask is, “THEO, do you have any information for me?”
I would highly recommend transcribing it once you receive it. It’s amazing how we hear things differently than we read them. If THEO uses a word that doesn’t seem to fit or you’re unfamiliar with look it up – they’re very exact in their word selection. (I don’t know how many times I’ve come across a word transcribing that I thought didn’t seem to fit and then once I looked it up I realized it was a perfect fit and it gave me an even better understanding of what THEO was saying.)
I’ve also found THEO’s information is like an onion and when I read/hear the information a 2nd or 3rd time there’s more I understand. So listen to your session a few months later and see if you don’t hear something new.
Enjoy your private session…
Feeling the Truth
April 26th, 2009I listened to a radio interview with THEO recently and it started me thinking about truth. There is great power in speaking your
truth, sharing your life experience and learning with others. There have been times I’ve been fearful to tell someone how I felt or what I thought. Fearful the information would hurt their feelings or challenge my relationship with them. In those moments Sheila and THEO have both said, “The truth may not always be liked but it will always be accepted.” In telling my truth I’ve gained love and respect from myself and others.
There are two sides to truth…your telling it and someone else hearing it. When we hear the truth we feel it. Have you ever had a brief conversation with a stranger and thought they had integrity? In that short exchange, how could you tell? Did you feel it? Conversely, have you ever felt uncomfortable around someone but you couldn’t explain why? Could it be they were not speaking the truth?
Transitions Radio Magazine interviewer, Alan Hutner, asked THEO about feeling the truth:
Alan: In part of the book, The Soul Truth, there is a discussion about discernment of the truth. You speak about the awareness in the solar plexus to the truth and vibrations in the body, electrical frequency changes, when truth is spoken. We, as individuals, best start to pay attention to that electrical frequency to know what the truth appears to be in that moment, right?
THEO: All beings have that knowingness, yes. They may wish to discount it from their intellect. Know the intellectual part of the mind is only there to solve problems not to dictate or control; however, it has had control. It is thinking from the heart to the head. And every being has a barometer of truth within them and that is the sensory perception of knowingness.
How do you improve your ability to discern truth?
Intend, attend and confirm…
Intend it; tell yourself you have the ability to discern between truth and falsehood. Pay attention; when a circumstance arises that makes you question another’s integrity pay attention to how you feel in your solar plexus when they speak. As THEO said, “It is thinking from the heart to the head.” Finally, ask for confirmation. Ask the guidance about you to assist in giving you confirmation in regard to how you are feeling.
If you have an experience with fine tuning your ability to discern truth please feel free to click on the comment link below and share it.
Peace and Light,
Cathy
